Bombay Oxygen Board to consider dividend

Bombay Oxygen Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To consider and adopt financial statement, i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow for the year ended March 31, 2007 and Directors' Report, Notice of ensuing Annual General Meeting.

2. To consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year.

3. To consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.
