Compulink Systems appoints committee to look at acquisitions

Compulink Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company by a Circular Resolution dated July 24, 2007, have appointed a Mergers and Acquisition Committee headed by Mr. Ranjit Thakur, the Director & CFO.
The Committee shall took into the task of identifying potential target companies for Mergers / Acquisitions and shall submit a report for consideration to the Board of Directors for its meeting to be held on July 31, 2007.
The Committee is also empowered to commence preliminary due diligence exercise of potential target companies, appoint Legal Advisors, Valuers and perform all such acts and deeds for giving effect to this resolution.
