HDFC Bank Ltd grants 44833200 options under Employee Stock Option Scheme - Scheme XXV

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of HDFC Bank Ltd has granted 44833200 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 2/- ("options") each to the eligible employees of the Bank at Rs. 1092.65 (Rupees One Thousand Ninety Two and Paise Sixty Five Only).
