The Nomination and Remuneration/Compensation Committee of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd at its Meeting held on August 08, 2015, have noted and has taken on record, lapse of total 2,35,000 Employee Stock Options of the Company under various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company.

The Committee has also granted 14,00,000 Employee Stock Options under various Stock Option Schemes of the Company.
