Kesar Enterprises Ltd approves conversion of 169092 OCPS

The Board of Directors of Kesar Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on August 04, 2015, has approved conversion of 1,69,092 Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) amounting to Rs. 16,90,920/- into 80,520 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share (including premium of Rs. 11/-).

The allottee was Seel Investment Pvt Ltd., Promoter Group who held 1,69,100 OCPS and exercised the option to convert 1,69,092 OCPS into Equity Share. 80,520 Equity Shares were allotted on conversion of OCPS.
