Zensar Technologies Ltd grants 100000 Options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on August 03, 2015 approved Grant of 1,00,000 Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 950.00 per Option to the Employee of the Company.

The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the Employees. Each Option upon vesting entitles employees to apply for One Equity Share of the Company.
