Capital First Ltd allots Non Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 350 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on August 04, 2015, approved the allotment of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCD's").

The Company has fully raised Rs. 350,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Fifty Crore Only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation on August 04, 2015 has inter - alia approved allotment of 3500 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.419.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 423.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 133996 in over 1701 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 428 and intraday low of 412. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 55861828.
