Hindustan Oil fixes Book Closure for AGM

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2007 to August 21, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
