Tech Mahindra allots 71997 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on August 04, 2015 has passed resolution for issue and allotment of a total of 71997 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

9440 equity shares, were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 25301 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

3336 equity shares, were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010, 17056 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 16864 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.550.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 542.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 167443 in over 5314 trades.
