JK Paper Ltd approves issue 11910000 shares

The Board of Directors of JK Paper Ltd at its meeting held on August 03, 2015, have approved the proposal of issue of 1,19,10,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 42/- per share, determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 to the Promoter and one or more constituents of the Promoter Group on preferential basis, subject to requisite approval of the shareholders of the Company and other authorities as may be required.
