Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 6567306 Equity Shares

On July 29, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 65,67,306 (Sixty Five Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Six) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each (being 19,306 Equity Shares issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under ESOP Schemes of the Company and 65,48,000 Equity Shares issued upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 72,45,51,440/- divided into 36,22,75,720 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.738.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 730.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49527 in over 2501 trades.
