L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 365283 Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 3,65,283 (Three Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Three) Equity Shares at its meeting held on July 23, 2015 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.71.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2349605 in over 12005 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.8 and intraday low of 70.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170437163.
