GMR Holdings Pvt Ltd to redeem NCDs

The Board of Directors of GMR Holdings Pvt Ltd July 22, 2015, had considered the proposal of debenture holders and approved for redemption of 1200 Series C listed, rated, redeemable, market linked nonconvertible debentures of face value of Rs.1 0,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.120 Crore (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crore only) ("Debentures") prior to the date of maturity. The Company had also received the consent of the Debentures Trustee for redemption before the date of maturity.
