Excel Industries Ltd calls for allotment committee Meeting on July 24, 2015

A meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Directors of Excel Industries Ltd will be held on July 24, 2015 to consider issue and allotment of 8,25,000 Equity Shares of the Company to Utkarsh Global Holdings Private Limited (a promoter group Company ) on preferential basis in terms of Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
