Cairn India Ltd cancels options under ESOP

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Directors of Cairn India Ltd, at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, has approved cancellation of stock options.

236,226 options were cancelled under Cairn India Employee Stock Option Plan (CIESOP) - 2006 and 171,045 options were cancelled under the Cairn India Performance Option Plan (CIPOP) - 2006 scheme.

Shares of CAIRN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.162.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 292449 in over 3799 trades.
