Oberoi Realty Ltd allots 11000000 Equity Shares to Aranda Investments

In respect of the Issue, the Preferential Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Oberoi Realty Ltd has, at its meeting held on July 20, 2015, approved the allotment of 1,10,00,000 Equity Shares to Aranda Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd at a price of Rs. 295 per Equity Share, including a premium of Rs. 285 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 3,245 million under the SEBI Regulations and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.

Shares of OBEROI REALTY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.277.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 280.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73078 in over 2097 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 295 and intraday low of 275.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20770721.
