Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd to raise Rs. 600 crores through NCDs

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced a Public Issue by the company of Secured Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1,000 each, ("NCDs"), aggregating upto Rs. 30,000 lacs with an option to retain over-subscription upto Rs. 30,000 lacs for issuance of additional NCDs aggregating to a total of upto Rs. 60,000 lacs.

Shares of SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.897.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 889.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32509 in over 1316 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 905.8 and intraday low of 889. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 29209183.
