Subex Ltd cancels 135147 Employee Stock Options

The ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd on July 15, 2015 has cancelled 1,35,147 ESOPs for the quarter of April-June 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.17 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.77. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3930480 in over 8069 trades.
