Zensar Technologies Ltd grants 44000 Options

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at its Meeting held on July 14, 2015 approved Grant of 44,000 Options at an Exercise Price of Rs. 670.00 per Option to the Employees of the Company.

The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 (Five) Years based on the performance of the Employees. Each Option upon vesting entitles employees to apply for One Equity Share of the Company.

Shares of ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.687 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 677.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3124 in over 268 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 693 and intraday low of 679.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2143118.
