NOCIL Ltd Grants 1373000 options under Employees Stock Options

The Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of NOCIL Ltd at its meeting held on March 25, 2015 has granted 13,73,000 Stock Options under the Company's Employees Stock Options (ESOS) w.e.f. April 01, 2015 to certain Senior Managerial personnel of the Company.
