Godrej Industries Ltd allots 41834 shares

The Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Industries Ltd, has approved the allotment of *41,834 equity shares of face value Re.1/- each, which have been allotted pursuant to exercise of options in terms of ESGS 2011.

* Of the total 41,834 equity shares to be listed, 41,800 equity shares are allotted in terms of the ESGS 2011, as approved by the stock exchanges. The balance 34 equity shares are allotted in terms of and in compliance with the court approved scheme of amalgamation Wadala Commodities Limited with Godrej Industries Limited.

Shares of GODREJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.376.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 367.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23066 in over 673 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 379 and intraday low of 369.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8635734.
