Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd allots 6079 equity shares

The 'Stakeholders Relationship and Share Allotment Committee' of the Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on July 06, 2015 has allotted 6,079 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the eligible Optionees on exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP 2008) and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (ESOP 2011).

3000 equity shares were allotted under ESOP 2008 plan and 3079 equity shares were allotted under ESOP 2011 plan.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 20,72,56,520/- consisting 2,07,25,652 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of HINDUJA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.494.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 494.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3005 in over 115 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 500.3 and intraday low of 491.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1488991.
