HDFC allots 356405 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On July 6, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 3,56,405 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,27,74,020 consisting of 157,63,87,010 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
