AXIS Bank Ltd allots 264105 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 2,64,105 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on July 06, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,05,92,724 (237,52,96,362 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,11,20,934 (237,55,60,467 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
