Bhagwati Autocast Board to consider dividend

Bhagwati Autocast Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and take on record the audited Financial Results, Directors report and Auditors report of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2O07.

3. To consider declaration of dividend, if any.
