Electrotherm India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and to take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

2. To consider appointment of Additional Directors.

3. To consider payment of sitting fees to non-executive directors.
