Sirpur Paper Board to consider dividend

Sirpur Paper Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider the question of payment of Dividend on ordinary shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
