SAIL fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 10, 2007 to August 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 20, 2007.
