IQMS Software to strenghten Board, inducts new people

IQMS Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, has considered the following:

The Board has consented to induct on the Board Mrs. Carol, D an eminent international software consultant, as Additional Director and Mr. P Ramnath an eminent banker on the Board of the Company as Additional Director.

The Board has approved the resignations of the independent directors namely Mr. M Sree Rama Krishna and Mr. K V N Vijaya Simba, from the Board.

The Board discussed the strategic marketing alliances for the Asia Pacific Markets for the Company's Enterprise Resource Planning Software and Tools for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME's) and authorized Mr. L V Ramanarayan, Director on the Board to work on the modalities of documentation between the Company and strategic alliance partners and decided to finally ink the same in the ensuing board meeting which is going to be held on July 25, 2007. The proposed strategic marketing alliances with the leading players in Asia Pacific region will give an impetus to the Company's efforts in strengthening its revenue model.
