SRF Board to consider investment proposal

SRF Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following for approval:

1. Capital expenditure proposal of approximately Rs 250 crores for expansion in the Technical Textiles Business; and

2. Capital expenditure proposal of approximately Rs 16 crores for installation of a metallizer in the Packaging Film Business.
