Apollo Tyres to announce Q1 results on Jul 26, 2007

Apollo Tyres Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 26, 2007, for consideration of the following items:

1. Un-audited Financial Results for the period ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).

2. Fixing of record date for splitting of equity share of Rs 10/- each into 10 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
