RCL Cement Ltd becomes subsidiary of Vinay Cements

Vinay Cements Ltd has announced that pursuant to Share Subscription Agreement dated January 31, 2007 the Company has acquired 36,32,600 Equity Shares of RCL Cement Ltd (RCL) on June 30, 2007.

By virtue of the aforesaid acquisition, RCL has become a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.05, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.75%. The total traded quantity was 16696 compared to 2 week average of 19267. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.50 and low of Rs.33.
