Ambuja Cements Board to consider interim dividend

Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on July 20, 2007 for approval of quarterly / half-yearly accounts will also consider payment of interim dividend.
