LIC Housing Finance Ltd Q1 net up 24.66% at Rs.467 Million

LIC Housing Finance Ltd has announced the UnAudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

The Company has posted profit after taxes of Rs.467 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.374.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total Income is Rs.4635.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 where as the same was at Rs.3401.5 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2006.

The company reported Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.5.5 for quarter ending June 30, 2007 compared to Rs.4.45 during same quarter last year.

The stock closed the day at Rs.213.95, down by Rs.1.15 or 0.53%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.221 and low of Rs.211. The total traded quantity was 193373 compared to 2 week average of 147851.
