Compucom Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007 inter alia, take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007, the audited Financial Results for FY 2006-07, consider recommendation of dividend, to fix date of book closure & AGM consider the sub-division of shares.
