IDBI Bank Ltd approves increase in number of DMDs

The Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd at its meeting held on March 04, 2015, has approved in-principle the proposal for increase in the number of Whole Time Directors (Deputy Managing Directors) from 2 to 3 subject to Government of India's approval and all other statutory / regulatory approvals to be taken in this regard.
