Arfin India Ltd to invest in rights issue of Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys Ltd

The Board of Directors of Arfin India Limited at their meeting held today i.e. Saturday, March 14, 2026 has considered and approved to subscribe to the Right Issue of equity shares of the Company's Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys Limited, having its registered office at Plot No. 118, Ravi Industrial Estate behind Prestige Hotel, Billeshwarpura, Chhatral, Kaloi, Gandhinagar- 382729, Gujarat, India.

The Company has approved to subscribe to the said Rights Issue for an amount up to Rs. 4,50,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crore and Fifty Lakhs only) or such higher amount as may be required to subscribe to the Rights Issue in the subsidiary, in accordance with the terms of the offer made by the subsidiary company and subject to applicable laws including the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Arfin Titanium & Speciality Alloys Limited is engaged in manufacturing and trading of Nonferrous metal. The company was incorporated on 14th January, 2025.
