Ideal Optics Ltd to allot 1 crore shares

The Board of Directors of Ideal Optics Ltd at its meeting held on February 16, 2015, had approved and accepted the proposal to allot a 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each at a price of Rs. 10/- with a premium of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) per equity shares on the preferential basis.
