IVRCL Ltd allots 14825250 Equity Shares to the CDR Lenders

IVRCL Ltd has made an allotment of 1,48,25,250 equity shares of Rs.2/- each on February 09, 2015 to the CDR Lenders who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement. This allotment is towards 2nd Part of 2nd Tranche of conversion of FITL into equity for the period October 01, 2014 to December 31, 2014.
