Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd to consider conversion of 1015000 warrants

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd scheduled to be held on February 21, 2015, to consider the allotment of Equity Shares against conversion of 10,15,000 Warrants held by Promoter's Group and Others.

Further, the Company also inform you that the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares shall remain closed February 17, 2015 to February 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors/officers/designated employees of the Company together with their dependents as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
