IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd issues Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 650 croresIL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has issued 6,500 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000 aggregating to Rs. 650 Crores on a private placement basis.

The Company had earlier issued 15,500 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating Rs. 1,550 Crores. With the aforesaid allotment the Company has as of date issued and allotted 22,000 Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,200 Crores.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.206.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 201.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40552 in over 1685 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 209.4 and intraday low of 201.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8382860.
