Wipro to announce Q1 results on Jul 19, 2007

Wipro Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2007 & July 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1).

Further the Company has informed that, the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on July 19, 2007.
