IndiaNivesh enters into agreement with LTL

IndiaNivesh Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with the Luminaire Technologies Ltd (LTL) on July 06, 2007 to purchase 41,91,000 equity shares of the LTL representing 17.46% of the total paid up equity share capital at a price of Rs 0.50 per share payable in cash from Promoters and Persons acting in concert.

The stock closed the day at Rs.350, down by Rs.15 or 4.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.350 and low of Rs.350. The total traded quantity was 40 compared to 2 week average of 186.
