Dredging Corporation of India Ltd appoints Chairman & MD

Capt. D. K. Mohanty, Chairman and Managing Director has been relieved from the services of Dredging Corporation of India Ltd w.e.f. January 30, 2015 A.N (as January 31, 2015 being weekly off) on attaining the age of superannuation.

Shri Rajesh Tripathi assumed charge as Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f. February 02, 2015 vide Ministry of Shipping, Department of Shipping letter dt. December 04, 2014 informing his appointment as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post on or after February 01, 2015 or till the date of superannuation or until further orders whichever is earliest on permanent absorption basis.

Shares of DREDGING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.396.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 393.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9413 in over 849 trades.
