R Systems International Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of R Systems International Limited ("Company") at its meeting held on March 06, 2026, commenced at 7:03 P.M. and concluded at 7:15 P.M. has declared an Interim Dividend for the year 2026 at the rate of Rs. 6.00/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each i.e. 600%.

The aforesaid Interim Dividend for the year 2026 will be paid on or before April 04, 2026. The Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders to the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026 is Thursday, March 12, 2026.
