Castrol India to announce Q2 results on Jul 24, 2007

Castrol India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the unaudited results for the quarter from April 01, 2007 to June 30, 2007 (Q2).

2. To take on record the unaudited half yearly results for the period from January 01, 2007 to June 30, 2007.

3. To declare an Interim Dividend for the year ending December 31, 2007.
