Wim Plast Board recommends Rs.3 final dividend

Wim Plast Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 3.00 per share subject to approval of shareholders.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 26, 2007 to September 01, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 01, 2007.
