Baba Arts acquires Copyrights of Animation Film - "My Friend Ganesha"

Baba Arts Ltd has announced that the Company has for the first time acquired Entire Copy Rights (Excluding India Theatrical and Audio) of the Animation Film - My Friend Ganesha.

The Rights acquired include: World Wide Video Rights, World Wide Satellite Rights, World Wide Rights for all TV Formats, Theatrical Rights out side India, Internet and Broad Band Rights, Air Borne and High Seas Rights, Mobile Rights, Merchandising and Licensing Rights etc

Of the above Rights, the Company has already sold the Satellite Rights and Merchandising and Licensing Rights to STAR TV. This is for the first time that STAR has acquired Merchandising and Licensing Rights of a Hindi Movie. Other Rights are still with the Company and will be exploited in due course of time.

The stock was trading at Rs.69.40, up by Rs.2.40 or 3.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.73.90 and low of Rs.63.10. The total traded quantity was 60241 compared to 2 week average of 331091.
