Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 80000 Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of warrants

On January 29, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 80,000 (Eighty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, upon conversion of warrants.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,10,82,802/-divided into 35,55,41,401 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
