Snowman Logistics Ltd allots 63600 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Snowman Logistics Ltd, at their meeting held on January 28, 2015 have allotted 59,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (Exercise price - Rs.10.60) and 4,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employees of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 3rd Grant (Exercise price - Rs.15.40).
